分享产品Combined polyether for batch cold storage is a polyether polyol system used to manufacture cold storage insulation materials in a discontinuous production mode. It is mainly composed of polyether polyols, catalysts, foaming agents, foam stabilizers and other components. Polyether polyols are the building block, and their structure and functionality influence the properties of the final foam. For example, high-performance polyether polyols help to form foams with higher strength and better thermal insulation properties. Catalysts are mainly used to control the speed of foaming reactions and gel reactions to ensure that the reactions can be carried out smoothly and completed in the right time. The blowing agent can be a physical blowing agent (such as carbon dioxide, pentane, etc.) or a chemical blowing agent, which is used to produce gas during the reaction process to foam the polymer formed by the reaction of polyether polyol and isocyanate. Foam stabilizers are used to improve the structure of the foam, make the pore size of the foam uniform, and prevent the foam from collapsing and coercing.
